The Limited Edition DH 2.5
The new Ride DH 2.5 has now been released and it looks wicked! Yet another ace graphic from Ride, always relied upon to produce boards featuring bright colours and artist’s own graphics. This particular limited edition graphic was designed by Coop (AKA- Chris Cooper) who is an L.A based artist who has collaborated with Ride on this occasion to add to their DH2 Artist Series collection. Another board which features in this series and is also a limited edition is the 2.4. The 2.5 is based around Chris Cooper’s style of art which is inspired by hot rods, B-movie monsters and alluring female characters! Bright colours also it seems!
The DH 2.5 has top specs and has plenty of Ride’s new technologies such as Hybrid ProRize™ Rocker, Slimewalls and Pop Rods 2.0. So not only are the graphics pretty cool but the actual performance of the board will definitely be what we have come to expect from a Ride snowboard.
Ride say, “The DH 2.5 combines the surfy feel of rocker with the hard charging pop you get from traditional camber for a hook-free feel that maintains snap. Complete with all the key ingredients for a true Ride masterpiece.”

Conspicuous titles aside, this looks to be one of the most promising videos for the up and coming 2010-11 winter season. Forum have a reputation for putting out killer movies (The Resistance, True Life, That… etc etc) and from the teaser, we don’t think you’ll be let down.
The cinematography’s great, the riding is on point and there’s even a bit of Kenny Loggins to boot. Slap on your aviators, sit back and enjoy the shred!
